A book launch event for Brittany Nelson’s Out of the Everywhere. A panel discussion with author Brittany Nelson, editor Stefanie Hessler and graphic designer Lauren Thorson.
Out of the Everywhere is a monograph of Brittany Nelson’s work and a rumination on queer abstraction, the politics of representation in photography, feminist science fiction, space travel, and related topics. The publication includes newly commissioned texts by Lars Bang Larsen, Quinn Latimer, Stefanie Hessler, as well as drawings by Danielle Dean and Galas Porras-Kim, and a performance script by Gordon Hall.
